Hotstop ships all orders daily.
Returns for faulty product or warrenties must be accompanied by Proof of Purchase and Return Authorisaion (RA) number.
To obtain a RA number please email us at sales@hotstop.com.au.
Note, RA numbers are required for tracking purposes and to ensure swift return of products to customers. Returns without RA numbers may not be accepted.
Hotstop will accept the return of a product within 15 days from the purchase date and will refund an amount to the purchaser equivalent to the invoice sale price of the item, minus a 10% restocking fee. This is subject to the return of the goods in re-saleable condition. Goods marked or damaged in any way are considered non-refundable. This includes where packaging seals have been broken. Where the item is to be exchanged, the above conditions apply, however, the 10% restocking fee will be applicable, (restocking fee does not apply to exchange for a different size), standard shipping rates will apply to the replacement item.
All products are covered by manufacturers warranty periods from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to cover costs related to the return of faulty items to Hotstop.
